Join us for three prix fixe dinners with guest chefs Julia Child and Jacques Pepin. These two legendary cooks, known for their relaxed and spirited interplay, take over our kitchen and our beer list to show us the basics of good home cooking with recipes from their worldwide bestseller Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home. Julia Child and Jacques Pépin are synonymous with good food, and during these 3 wondrous evenings they will demonstrate techniques (on which they don’t always agree), discuss ingredients, improvise, balance flavors to round out a meal, and show our guests how to shotgun imperial stout tallboys.
